December 2017 Release: New eChalk Notification and Alert Tools

eChalk's December 2017 release features new alert and notification tools to help students, families, and staff stay connected to the information that is most important to them. The new tools include:

• In-App Notifications: eChalk users can now receive real-time in-app notifications whenever the district, school, classes or groups they are members of are updated.
• Alerts: School and district alerts will be shown to logged-in members so they are aware when important news is posted.
• Daily Digest Emails: Users, including parents, will now be able to receive a summary of new content posted on pages they are members of each night at 6:00 P.M. Eastern Time.
