September 2016 Release: Parent Accounts and Accessibility Updates

We're excited to announce that Parent Accounts are now available! With today's release, parents can now register for view-only access to their children's eChalk Class and Group information, including news feeds, calendars, assignments and grades. Parent accounts are free with paid student accounts.

Now it's easier than ever for parents to keep track of all of the events and news from their children's classes, teams and extracurricular activities. eChalk lets busy parents see everything that is happening in their children's school lives, all in one place. eChalk Parent Accounts help parents stay involved in their children's academic lives and stay on top of all of their school activities.

This release also includes important new accessibility features for today's websites. All non-textual content now has text alternatives for screen readers, and users can navigate sites without a pointing device.
